Acceptance of terms
By accessing this website or purchasing any product from RHL Research Labs LLC ("RHL," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Research-Use Disclaimer. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you must not use this website and must not place any order.
Eligibility (21+)
You represent and warrant that you are at least twenty-one (21) years of age and a qualified researcher, or an authorized representative of a licensed laboratory, university, institution, or other research-based facility for which the purchase of reference compounds is appropriate. RHL reserves the right to verify these representations at its sole discretion and to refuse, suspend, or cancel any order or account at any time.
Research-use-only disclaimer
ALL PRODUCTS SOLD BY RHL ARE FOR IN-VITRO LABORATORY RESEARCH USE ONLY. THEY ARE NOT FOR HUMAN OR ANIMAL USE OR CONSUMPTION OF ANY KIND. The products are not drugs, medical devices, cosmetics, food, food additives, household chemicals, or dietary supplements. They have not been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any other regulatory authority to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease, ailment, or medical condition. All articles and product information on this website are provided for informational and educational purposes only and are not intended as medical advice.
Use of the website
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, RHL grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use this website for your personal, non-commercial research purposes. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, license, scrape, mirror, frame, sell, or otherwise exploit any portion of the website or its content without our express prior written consent.
Product information and pricing
Product descriptions, specifications, availability, and prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are quoted in United States dollars. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or any other content on the website is error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies or typographical errors at any time without liability.
Orders, payment, and acceptance
All orders placed through this website constitute an offer to purchase and are subject to acceptance by RHL. We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order for any lawful reason, including suspected misuse, suspected fraud, jurisdictional restriction, or failed verification. Unless otherwise specified on an invoice, payment must be received in full prior to acceptance and fulfillment of any order. All sales are subject to credit terms set in RHL's sole discretion.
Shipping, title, and risk of loss
RHL ships products F.O.B. origin. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery of the products to the carrier. Buyer is solely responsible for all freight, duties, taxes, brokerage, and import requirements applicable in the destination jurisdiction, and for compliance with all local laws governing receipt, handling, and storage of the products.
Export controls and OFAC compliance
Buyer agrees to comply with all applicable U.S. and international export-control laws and regulations, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and sanctions administered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). Buyer represents that it is not located in, organized under, or a national or resident of any country or region subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions, and is not identified on the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) List or any equivalent list. Products may not be exported, re-exported, or transferred in violation of such laws.
No returns — all sales are final
Due to the chemical and reference-compound nature of the products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and products are not returnable once shipped. If a product, on arrival, materially deviates from the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis (COA) supplied with the shipment, you must contact RHL at contact@rhlpeptides.com within seven (7) days of delivery, with photographs and lot information, to request resolution. RHL's sole obligation in such case is, at its discretion, to replace the affected unit or refund the purchase price for that unit.
Customer representations and warranties
Buyer represents and warrants that, through its own independent review and study, it is fully aware and knowledgeable about: (i) the health and safety hazards associated with handling the products; (ii) the industrial hygiene controls necessary to protect personnel from such hazards; (iii) the obligation to adequately warn its own personnel and downstream users of the hazards associated with the products; and (iv) all government regulations relating to the use, handling, storage, and exposure to the products in buyer's jurisdiction.
Prohibited uses
The products may not be used for, and you agree not to use them for: human or veterinary consumption or administration; any in-vivo administration; any clinical, diagnostic, therapeutic, or recreational purpose; resale to unqualified persons; use as food, food additives, drugs, cosmetics, or household chemicals; or use in infringement of any patent. The listing of a product on this website does not constitute a license to use it in infringement of any patent or other intellectual-property right.
Intellectual property
The name "RHL," the RHL logo, and all text, graphics, photographs, product images, page layouts, source code, and other content on this website are owned, controlled, or licensed by RHL and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited license granted in these Terms, no rights are granted to you by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.
User submissions and feedback
Any comments, suggestions, ideas, or other materials you submit to RHL (other than personal information governed by our Privacy Policy) are non-confidential and become the exclusive property of RHL. You grant RHL a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such submissions for any purpose, without compensation to you.

This website may contain links to third-party sites for convenience only. RHL does not review, endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, products, or services of any linked site. Your use of any third-party site is at your sole risk, and RHL disclaims any liability arising from such use.
Privacy and cookies
Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes the information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding it. If you opt in to RHL's mobile messaging service, you expressly consent to receive recurring autodialed marketing and transactional text messages from or on behalf of RHL at the mobile number you provide, even if that number is on any state or federal Do-Not-Call list. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide a valid mobile number and to notify RHL if your number changes. Participation is governed by these Terms and applicable law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
Disclaimer of warranties
THIS WEBSITE AND ALL CONTENT, SERVICES, AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RHL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. RHL DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT IT IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Limitation of liability

RHL'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS, THE WEBSITE, OR ANY PRODUCT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO RHL FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT FULLY APPLY TO YOU.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RHL and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your purchase, handling, storage, use, distribution, or disposal of any product; (b) your violation of these Terms or any applicable law; or (c) your violation of any rights of a third party.
Force majeure
RHL shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, labor disputes, carrier delays, customs delays, back-ordered raw materials, or interruptions of utilities or telecommunications.
Account suspension and termination
RHL reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the website or to any account at any time, with or without notice, for any conduct that RHL believes violates these Terms or applicable law, or that is otherwise harmful to RHL, its customers, or third parties. RHL may also maintain an internal record of refused or banned purchasers and may screen future orders against that record.
Binding arbitration and class-action waiver
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY — THIS SECTION AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, or any product (a "Dispute") shall be resolved exclusively by final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, before a single arbitrator, in Florida, or by video conference at the arbitrator's discretion. The Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. §§ 1 et seq.) governs the interpretation and enforcement of this section. YOU AND RHL EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims and may not preside over any form of representative or class proceeding. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to contact@rhlpeptides.com within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms, stating your name, address, and clear intent to opt out. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may bring an individual action in small-claims court or seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual-property rights.
Governing law and venue
These Terms and any Dispute not subject to arbitration shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Subject to the arbitration section above, the exclusive venue for any action shall be the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
Compliance with laws
You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws, statutes, ordinances, and regulations in your use of this website and the products, including those governing the import, handling, storage, use, and disposal of laboratory reagents.
Independent contractors
RHL and the users of this website are independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms creates any agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, or franchise relationship between you and RHL.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to render it enforceable, or, if not possible, severed. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any order-specific terms expressly referenced in writing by RHL, constitute the entire agreement between you and RHL with respect to your use of the website and the purchase of products, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral, or written.
Changes to these terms
RHL may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the website or placement of any order after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the website.
